Spinach salad

Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes 
small amount of green onion, preferably sliced
Kalamata olives 


 Dressing 
3 tablespoons yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil 
black pepper,

crushed garlic clove

half teaspoon crumbled dried thyme 

salt

 

Preparation

1.     Wash the spinach leaves and dry well

2.     Mix the vegetables with the spinach

3.     Prepare the dressing and add to the spinach mix

4.     Garnish with Kalamata olives and walnuts
