Yogurt with sweet sliced ​​peppers and ​​orange juice

Vitamin C, found in oranges and red peppers, helps in preventing oxidation reactions that occur in the muscles as a result of intensive training.

 

Low-fat cheese and fruit salad
Eating low-fat cheese with an apple helps to give the body energy and recover after a workout.  Milk contains a protein necessary for energy recovery.

Tuna with Toast 
 Tuna is a lean meat, so it is a great post workout source of protein.  Add lemon juice and a little olive oil to 100 grams of water-packed tuna.  Serve with with  whole grain toast. Studies have shown that eating protein and carbohydrates together after exercise helps restore activity.

Eggs and Chickpeas

 A boiled egg with one tablespoon of chickpeas is a good snack  after exercising.  Egg yolks contain amino acids that  build muscles.

White cheese and berries  
Eat whole wheat toast with white cheese and berries after exercise to make you feel full.

Nuts and Raisins
A quarter cup of roasted nuts provide your body the proper amount of protein and fat. Peanuts are a rich source of potassium.
