Here are some foods that you can avoid when you are pregnant:


Undercooked animal foods such as raw oysters, rare meat, sushi, clams, unpasteurized eggs, cake dough, raw cookie, etc. may contain parasites, viruses and bacteria. So try to avoid these foods. You can check the doneness of poultry, meat and fish using a food thermometer to diminish the risk of foodborne illness. If you eat eggs, cook them until they become solid, no runny. Do not eat raw dough, bake it following the instructions and then have it.


When you are pregnant, you should be very careful about your foods as it may influence your child's health. Some foods are dangerous to your developing baby.
