Eid el Fitr Diet

Right after waking up:
2 cups water + 1/2 lemon

Breakfast
• 1 cup of tea or coffee + 1/4 cup skimmed milk or 2 tsp Creamer
• 1 small cake or 2 Petit Fours
OR 2 slices of toast + 1 tablespoon jam + cheese (the rest of the week after eid)

Snack (2 hours later)
• 1 serving of fruit

Lunch
• 120 g of grilled protein, any type (half the size of the palm of the hand)
• Salad
• Vegetables

Snack (2 hours later)
• 1 cup of lemon or plain jelly

Snack (2 hours later)
• 1 cup fat free yogurt

Dinner
• 1 egg or tuna or 2 slices of chicken luncheon meat
• OR 3 tablespoons low fat feta cheese + salad
