Diet for pregnant woman

Breakfast:
1 cup corn flakes + 1 cup skimmed milk + 1 table spoon peanuts or grated nuts + ½ cantaloupe

Snack:
• 1 cup cold skimmed milk

Lunch:
• Salad (1 teaspoon olive oil+ balsamic vinegar+ garlic+ salt)
• 1/4 chicken, boiled, or vegetable soup
• 1 cup cooked parboiled rice

Snack:
• 1 Apple or other fruit from the table
• 1 fat-free yoghurt

Dinner:
• 2 slices of toast + cheese (Nesto size)
• 2 slices of smoked turkey/2 eggs/1/2 can of tuna
• Salad
Snack (one hour before bedtime):
• 1 cup cold skimmed milk
