•    Be sure to eat a healthy breakfast, including whole wheat bread

•    Drink a glass of milk every day

•    Drink a glass of orange juice or other fresh juice daily

•    Eat boiled beans twice a week; this is to make sure that you are getting enough protein

•    Eat leafy vegetables to avoid anemia

•    Eat a spoonful of honey daily to avoid malnutrition and to prevent disease

•    Eat lots of fresh fruits and salads

•    Drink plenty of water throughout the day and try to drink fewer caffeinated drinks, so as to reduce your stress levels

•    Avoid fast food or other foods that are high in fat, calories and sugars
