Cucumber rings filled with crab meat
Ingredients
3 long cucumbers
1/2 cup non-fat cream
1/2 cup creamy non-fat cheese
3/4 cup crab meat
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1- Peel cucumbers, and cut into 2in sections.
2- Remove the center of each section
3- Mix cream and cheese well with a fork in a bowl, then add the hot sauce, mustard and green onions.
4- Add salt and pepper and crab meat to the mixture and stir well.
5- Place a teaspoonful of the mixture in the center of each cucumber section.
6- Put cucumber rings in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
